About Linda Galloway

Linda is a former national newspaper journalist – news, features and production – who trained as a chef at Leiths School of Food and Wine (2005). She is a level-4 diploma student with WSET and an associate judge with the IWSC. She has worked across the industry in new product development, consulting, in other people’s restaurants and her own, and also teaches at Cookery School on Little Portland Street in London, as well as online, and is available for commissions.
