About Linda Galloway
Linda worked as a journalist in South Africa and the UK before training at Leiths School of Food and Wine (Diploma) and with the Wine and Spirit Education Trust. She has worked across the hospitality industry in restaurants and catering, new product development, as a teacher and as a consultant.
Linda is a level-4 diploma student with WSET and a judge with the International Wine Challenge.
She combines her two careers as a writer focusing on food, wine and travel.
Linda runs Wordsworth’s community café every Monday in Stoke Newington and is a volunteer chef for the homeless charity Crisis.
