About Linda Galloway
Linda worked as a journalist in South Africa and the UK before training at Leiths School of Food and Wine and with the Wine and Spirit Education Trust. She has worked across the hospitality industry in restaurants and catering, new product development and as a consultant.
Linda teaches cookery and is also a level-4 diploma student with WSET and an associate judge with the IWC.
She combines her two careers as a writer focusing on food, wine and travel
