This deep, dark, mellow relish has oodles of flavour and enhances everything it touches from breakfast eggs to burgers and especially toasted cheese sandwiches (which should of course be made with Daffodil Soup smoked Cheddar), or any cheeseboard, really. It has lots of sweet red onions and a secret blend of chillies that add heat (but not too much), balanced with cider vinegar and treacle molasses.
